If your animal has been admitted for a surgical operation you can pick him/her up between 15:00 and 17:00 hours. It's best to confirm this with the receptionist on the day of the operation. Similarly if you are picking up your animal from boarding, you can do so between these hours.

Simple procedures such as the removal of bandages or stitches can be done at the surgery, during opening hours, by the nurse.
